I’ve always felt like hardware wallets are like the Fort Knox of crypto storage super secure but a bit bulky and old-school. On the other hand, software wallets are like that cool, easy-to-carry wallet that fits perfectly in your pocket, but you’re always kind of aware that if you drop it, you might lose everything. For long-term storage, I’d lean toward hardware wallets – they may require a bit of effort to set up, but I sleep better knowing my assets aren’t at risk from a random hack. That said, for smaller amounts or day-to-day use, software wallets are perfectly fine just need to stay sharp on the security side.
