There are currently two options for changing your password. The first way is to contact customer support. After verifying your identity, you may specify a password for your account. While our support staff take the security of your account very seriously, for some people this will not be an ideal option.
The second option is to navigate to the login page and click on the link that says “Forgot your password?”.
This will open a window where you will be prompted to enter your email address.
Enter your email address and click the “Send” button. When the email arrives, follow the instructions to reset your password.
